The 4th Trimester is the period of bonding with your baby, getting used to an additional member in your family, involving joint parenting, and very importantly, paying attention to YOUR individual needs, equally important to that of your baby’s.

This Workshop will clear all your doubts and apprehensions about Newborn and Infant care and how to manage the transition to motherhood.
